2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as described or advertised
- Technical issues preventing service usage that we cannot resolve
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Unauthorized transactions confirmed by our fraud team
- Service cancellation within the applicable refund period
3. Refund Timeframes
Standard Refund Period
Most refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Subscription Services
For monthly/annual subscriptions, refunds are only available for the current billing period and must be requested within 7 days of the billing date.
4. Refund Process
- Step 1 — Submit Request: Email refunds@babbros.com with your order details and reason for refund
- Step 2 — Review: Our team reviews your request within 2–3 business days and may request additional information
- Step 3 — Decision: You'll be notified of approval or rejection with a clear explanation
- Step 4 — Processing: Approved refunds are credited via the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Step 5 — Confirmation: Email confirmation sent once the refund is processed
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- UPI: 2–3 business days to your UPI account
- Net Banking: 3–5 business days to your bank account
- Digital Wallets: 2–3 business days to your wallet balance
6. Non-Refundable Items
Note: The following items are not eligible for refund.
- Custom AI solutions that have been fully developed and delivered
- Services that have been fully utilized or consumed
- Third-party integrations or licenses procured on your behalf
- Training sessions or workshops that have been completed
- Consulting services that have been fully delivered
- Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframes
7. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- The extent of service utilization at the time of request
- Time remaining in the subscription or service period
- Specific circumstances of the refund request
- Any costs already incurred in service delivery
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless requested within the 7-day window.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your dispute by contacting us at legal@babbros.com. For payment disputes, you also have the right to contact your bank or payment provider.
