3.2 Billing Cycles
- Monthly Subscriptions: Billed on the same date each month
- Annual Subscriptions: Billed once per year with a 20% discount
- One-time Payments: Charged immediately upon purchase
- Custom Solutions: Billed according to agreed project milestones
4. Payment Security
We use Razorpay, India's leading payment gateway, which provides:
- PCI DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest security standard
- 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions
- Real-time fraud detection and prevention algorithms
- Secure card tokenization — we never store raw card data
- Real-time transaction monitoring and alerts
4.1 Data Protection
We do not store your payment information on our servers. All payment data is securely handled exclusively by Razorpay and their banking partners.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will:
- Notify you immediately via email with details
- Provide alternative payment options
- Assist with troubleshooting payment issues
- Retry failed subscription payments up to 3 times before suspension
6. Currency and Taxes
6.1 Currency
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). For international customers, amounts will be converted to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate by your bank or payment processor.
6.2 Taxes
All applicable taxes including GST will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations. Tax rates may vary based on your location and service type. GST invoices are provided for all business purchases.
7. Payment Terms
- Subscription Services: Payment due on billing date
- Custom Projects: Payment due as per agreed project milestones
- Consulting Services: Payment due within 15 days of invoice
7.1 Late Payment
Late payments may result in service suspension after 7 days and a late payment fee of 2% per month on outstanding amounts.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are detailed in our Refund Policy. All refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.
9. International Payments
- Payments accepted in major international currencies
- Currency conversion handled by Razorpay at live rates
- International transaction fees may apply (charged by your bank)

10. Payment Disputes
For payment disputes, please:
- Contact us at billing@babbros.com within 30 days of the disputed charge
- Include your order ID, transaction ID, and a clear description of the dispute
- Our billing team will respond within 2 business days
- Chargebacks should only be filed after contacting us directly first

We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice for material changes affecting pricing.
